At LΛVITΛ, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, delivery timelines, and international shipments.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors outside our control may affect delivery.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other trusted logistics partners, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • LΛVITΛ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • We are not responsible for shipments refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or local import regulations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that dietary supplements are permitted for import into their country.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

LΛVITΛ is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, LΛVITΛ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged package and product

  3. Include your order number in your message

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes for certain carriers

  • Countries where dietary supplements are restricted or prohibited
